Transitioned the phlebotomy department to the use of a new ordering system and coordinated the successful training of over 300 employees in a 6-week period. 

Created a tool that analyzed patient volumes and using average productivity rates recommended the ideal FTE for the location resulting in a savings of $1M annual labor costs. 

Piloted, analyzed, and established extended hours at select patient service centers to better support client relationships and provide patient satisfaction.  

Created and implemented training review sessions to deliver to over 200 staff members in one department across 60+ locations to foster continued education and consistency across sites.
